  The shopping experience was very pleasant. The store manager, Shaan, was very helpful and made purchasing a mattress quick and easy. The prices were also very reasonable, and much better than Bob’s. I would definitely recommend getting your next mattress from Mattress Firm. Delivery was also available next day, and the delivery was a quick and easy process. Thanks again, the mattress is great!

  Shaan is the best! He is easy to talk to, and listens to what YOU want and has all the patience you need to find what mattress is right for you. No pressure and not pushy! He knows his products and tells you as much or as little as you want to know about it. He cares about making you as his customer happy! I just bought a second mattress from Shaan and will need a third one in a few months. I will be calling Shaan again.

  Shaan was very helpful and friendly. He helped my husband and I find the perfect mattress for us at a great price. He took his time and we never felt rushed (I can be very indecisive!) Highly recommended!
